1. Data Collection

At VitrinY, we respect your privacy. We collect only the data strictly necessary to provide our design and consulting services:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and billing details provided during purchase.
• Project Data: Photos, texts, and event details you submit for your website design.
• Etsy Shop Data: Through the official Etsy Open API, we access public listing data (titles, prices, images) to construct your showcase. We do NOT access your payment credentials or private messages.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to generate your digital products and deliver consulting services. We do not sell your customer lists, shop data, or personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

Our website uses trusted third-party services for specific functions:

• Payment Processing: All transactions are processed securely via Etsy or Stripe/Wise. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
• Hosting: Client websites are hosted on secure global CDNs (Netlify/Vercel) using SSL encryption.

Terms of Service

1. Nature of Services

VitrinY provides digital design services, educational consulting, and downloadable assets.

• Websites: We build "Showcase" sites that redirect traffic to Etsy. We are not a payment processor.
• Consulting: Our Academy offers strategic advice. We do not guarantee specific financial results or sales figures. Success depends on market conditions and your execution.

2. Intellectual Property

For Studio Products (Mockups/Prompts): You are granted a non-exclusive, commercial license to use the assets for your business. You may NOT resell the source files.
For Custom Websites: Upon final payment, you own the rights to your specific website content and design elements created for you.

Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (Studio)

Due to the nature of digital downloads (instant access), all sales of Mockups, AI Prompts, and Templates are final. We do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded, unless the file is proven to be technically defective.

2. Consulting Services (Academy)

Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a 1:1 session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or failure to attend the session will not be refunded.

3. Custom Web Design

Refunds are available only if the project has not yet begun. Once the design phase starts, the deposit is non-refundable to cover our team's time and labor.
